Leveraging our extensive experience collaborating with private, public, and not-for-profit clients, we recognise the importance of aligning teams with a common vision and rallying towards clear, consistent, and cohesive strategic goals. The 2024 Strategy Kickstarter workshop is a flexible all-day, or multi-day alignment and planning event that can be delivered in-person, remotely, or in hybrid formats - these details are subject to your preferences and availability.

Each engagement is designed and facilitated in a manner that is bespoke to your needs and strategic objectives for 2024. For example, new teams and endeavours might focus on establishing a common mission, ways of working, and communication. Established teams might want to reflect on the past year, what worked, what did not work, and what needs to change moving forward. We will work with you to understand your needs to ensure maximum value from your investment in us.

What does the process look like?

• We will schedule an initial meeting with you to understand your goals and needs for the kickstarter workshop

• Following the meeting, we will formulate a candidate facilitation approach and present this to you for your feedback - this can be iterated upon right up until the workshop

• Workshop day(s) will be facilitated in alignment with your engagement preferences and team’s flexibility

• Following the workshop you will receive a synthesised report with simple visualisations detailing recommendations and next steps to achieve success in 2024

How much does this cost?

• Our rates are competitive and flexible, depending on your facilitation preferences—whether it's in-person or remote—and whether travel, venue hire, and catering are required

What will your investment get you?

• A bespoke 2024 Strategy Kickstarter workshop* for you and your team

• Two to three E&A workshop facilitators; engagements will be led by Principal and Partner level consultants

• A detailed and visual workshop report featuring recommendations for 2024 strategic execution
